Email 1 has Your Purchase Receipt
This email from “Be A Video Pro” (The parent company of Video Memory Maker), with the subject line "Be A Video Pro: Payment notification", has your purchase receipt.
Please NOTE: Your INVOICE will come from Be A Video Pro and will reflect your Video Memory Maker software purchase.  

Email 2: Important Software Information
The second email is from “Video Memory Maker” with the subject line “Important Software Information” 
This email contains important software information. (we recommend saving that email to a folder called “Video Memory Maker”). 

** Please Note: Sometimes your “Important Software Information” email will land in the "Promotions" tab in Gmail.

Simply drag and drop the entire email to the "Primary" tab to ensure you never miss important software update messages, new features, specials and “free stuff” reserved only for our loyal Video Memory Maker family.

Email 3 has your Software Login Details
This email is from “ThriveCart” (The software delivery and training platform we use) with the subject line, "Verify your email to access your courses" (please disregard the word “courses”, this is how ThriveCart, sends this email). Please save this email to your Video Memory Maker email folder as well.

1. Open the "Verify your email to access your courses" email
2. “Click here to login”.
3. Create a password (at least 8 characters) and verify your password
4. Click Complete
You’ll be taken to “Your Software” page 
5. Click on the Video Memory Maker icon and you’ll be taken to How to Download and Install Video Memory Maker, this page has 13 quick steps to download and install Video Memory Maker. (it takes a few minutes)

The second module has the Video Memory Maker tutorials.

To Access the Video Memory Maker Installers and Tutorials at any time:
1. Return to the "Verify your email to access your courses" email and “Click here to login”.
2. Enter your email or username and password and click sign in

How to Reset Your Password:
If you forget your password,
1. Open the “Verify your email to access your courses” message,
2. Click here to login
3. Click forgot password
4. Enter your email
5. Click Reset my password
You will receive a reset link to your email address

This email will come from ThriveCart with the subject line ThriveCart: Reset your student password.
